Delivery Policy

Everything sold on HRIN is digital. No physical goods are dispatched, no address is needed, and there are no delivery charges of any kind.

Access is granted automatically the moment your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. The course appears in your account and you can begin reading straight away.

A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account at the same time.

Occasionally a bank confirms a payment to you before it reaches us. If your course has not unlocked, wait a few minutes and refresh. Our system also re-checks unresolved payments once a day and grants access on its own.

If it still has not appeared, write to hr@thehrin.org with the payment reference and we will sort it out.

A course you have bought stays in your account. There is no expiry date and no time limit on finishing it.
